Light entries?

I'm blogging very lightly lately because I'm freelancing for a French news organization right now and pontificating unreservedly about news and the French election in particular, when you're officially a journalist, is a tad inappropriate, especially around an election as tight and divisive as this one.

Once things settle a bit, I'll get back to the blogging board!

Ethio-Zagol

For a week now I've been trying to figure out a way to spill the beans that I'm no longer in Ethiopia. Ethio Zagol, quite spookily, came right ahead and did it for me. It is an honour to be linked to by EZ, and I'm racking my brain to figure out who he or she is, because -holy cow- they've got me pegged.

And just so you know, when you get plugged by EZ, you're internet daily hit count climbs to about a thousand.

And, finally, I have no idea how the content of my blog will transition now that I'm back in Paris. But as I think you can tell, Ethiopia is still very much on my mind.
